Francisco Díaz leads Manpower Group Solutions in Mexico and Central America Region and Practice Leader for all Latam. Francisco's teams have been deploying Recruitment Process Outsourcing for 6 years in 7 different locations (Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Panama and Costa Rica). With Tapfin Shared Service Center he is starting to increase services beyond Mexico being the first ones in Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil but with a lot of potential in other countries as well.
Francisco joined Manpower in June 1996 as an associate dedicated to American Express, implementing the travel tickets delivery area. In 1999 he was in charge of the back office attending the payroll of all the North States of Mexico. In 2001 he was selected to be the new Quality Manager in charge of deploying a new productivity project called "project groups" increasing 25% of branch productivity. In 2003 he was invited to be a Staffing Divisional Manager developing staffing services through all the regions in Mexico. He has been the ManpowerGroup Solutions Director since 2008.
Francisco has more than 18 years of experience in HR Solutions. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from IPADE Business School in Mexico.
