The Total Workforce Index (TWI) is the only index that examines the total workforce using a proprietary formula to determine the relative ease of sourcing, hiring and retaining workforce skills in competing labor markets around the world. The TWI is fully customizable to suit the strategic priorities of any employment organization.

Scores and Rankings

Each market receives a score in each of the four categories. The scores are compiled for a total score. A higher score will result in a higher ranking which indicates a more favorable market for workforce engagement.
